Dr. King Butter
(He/Him)
- Location: Westfield, Indiana, United States
I’m Dr. King Butter — part engineer, part troublemaker, and fully committed to making secure systems actually usable. I live where DevOps and security crash into each other and call it “collaboration.” By day, I help teams at scale ship faster and safer — cutting through red tape, automating the nonsense, and teaching others how to build cloud-native systems that don’t crumble under compliance. I’ve spent years in the trenches of Kubernetes, container hardening, CI/CD pipelines, and all the alphabet soup that makes enterprise engineers sweat. I’ve got a PhD in Information Assurance, but don’t worry — I use it for good. I write policies that make sense, tools that make life easier, and training that helps people actually get it. When I’m not wrangling YAML or chasing zero CVEs, I’m running King Butter — my hot sauce and seasoning brand that’s fit for royalty — and recording music under my label, Royal Anthem Records. Because life’s too short not to mix a little flavor into your build.
